The team of Rebecca and Ryan O’Leary are members of the Kidder Mathews net lease investments group located in the firm’s Portland office, offering corporate, institutional, and private capital execution of single and multi-tenant, net lease transactions across the United States.

Rebecca is dedicated to her brokerage career, focusing on guiding clients through seamless commercial property transactions. Her expertise lies in the realm of single and multi-tenant investments, with a specialized emphasis on net leased property transactions that form her distinctive niche. Leveraging over 20 years of industry experience and fortified by her formal education marked by the acquisition of CCIM and MAI designations, Rebecca possesses a seasoned perspective.
Her negotiation approach is a blend of directness and tact, a reflection of her commitment to each transaction's success. Her hallmark lies in infusing value into every deal, accomplished through meticulous insights, diligent research, and nurturing relationships.
Rebecca's academic journey commenced at the University of Oregon, followed by a period in Southern California during her twenties, where she honed her skills in appraising diverse commercial real estate properties. In 2010, she returned to the Pacific Northwest, founding Kidder Mathews’ Portland Valuation Advisory Services Department in the Portland office. In the year 2015, Rebecca underwent a pivotal transition, shifting her focus from the realm of appraisal to the dynamic world of brokerage.
Since then, Rebecca's trajectory has been unwavering, steadfastly employing her unique amalgamation of skills and experiences to cater optimally to her clients' needs.
Ryan O’Leary has over a decade of investment real estate experience which he uses to bring a sophisticated and knowledgeable approach to each unique property while providing clients with best in class customer service. With a focus on Pacific Northwest he uses his expertise to assist clients with the disposition and acquisition of leased commercial properties, as well as strategically located development sites.
Prior to joining the Kidder Mathews Portland office in early 2014, Ryan spent seven years at the Marcus & Millichap Portland office where he worked alongside senior level advisors and mentored junior level associates. Using a traditional and forward thinking approach with each client, Ryan has built a trusted network of reliable professionals.
His background also includes current value analyses of commercial properties for a variety of financial institutions around the nation. Recent and significant transactions include seller representation in the Farmers & Merchants Bank portfolio, Walgreens McMinnville, and various single and multi-tenant retail transactions throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Ryan graduated from Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon with an emphasis in finance and economics. Ryan was integral to the development of the Oregon State Investment Club where he assisted in increasing capital under management from $50K to $1M+ from local investors and foundations, more specifically, the Oregon State Foundation.
